ABOUT THE SHOW (For Vendors):
10/1/18 UPDATE: All 114 booths are sold for 2018 and the wait list is currently full. Please check back in December for the 2019 application.


The Fall Harvest Art & Craft Show has been an established event on the first weekend of November for over 25 years in the Pavilion at John Knox Village. Our goal is to provide a professional event that is well-organized, friendly, clean, and profitable for all. We only accept vendors who offer quality goods handcrafted by the artist and made exclusively in the USA. We do NOT allow buy/sell products.

A Slide Show on the main stage helps promote your work to all visitors. IBD Promotions will photograph each artists’ work and the slide show will run continuously during show hours. This delivers more exposure to everyone in the Pavilion. 

Music – There is a continuous celebration of upbeat holiday tunes to keep the customers and vendors in a festive mood.

Size – With over 100 booths available, you will enjoy a huge variety of handcrafted goods.  

Extensive marketing reaches across the Metro Kansas City area, with extra efforts in Eastern Jackson County to encourage community awareness and attendance.

Keith & Wanda Davenport are outdoor and wildlife photographers.  They have been selling their photography at art shows and festivals for 17 years.  As artists, they know what makes a show an enjoyable experience for the vendors and the customers who attend -- clean, pleasant surroundings, quality products, and people who are happy to be there.
